Transparency and communication are essential for the succesful running of commercial cleaning contracts. As a service provider, we must be transparent in our daily working operations and communication is a fundamental base for maintaining a good working relationship between ourselves, our clients and our staff. We carefully prepare detailed cleaning documentation which is inclusive of cleaning requirements, company management procedures together with full costing breakdowns. Daily cleaning specifications are individually tailored to each contract with our cleaning operatives working in line with this system on a daily basis.

 

We undertake a comprehensive training and induction process with each member of Maytron Cleaning staff prior to a new contract commencing, together with refresher training sessions at regular six monthly intervals. Training is an essential tool and as an employer we take our responsibility for providing training very seriously. Our staff are fully conversant in all areas of cleaning and are demonstrative of this in their work. Colour coded cleaning procedures, disposable cleaning materials, cross contamination and equipment training are all equally important for ensuring that we are working to the required standards for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for staff and visitors to operate in. Our company management system is based upon key performance indicator audits (KPI). Regular weekly visual monitoring of all cleaning tasks is undertaken by the Site Supervisor, with a formal recorded audit carried out on a monthly basis by the Area Manager.

 

Great care is taken when sourcing and providing quality staff to our clients, a robust and thorough vetting process is followed for each of our applicants prior to their commencement of employment with Maytron Cleaning. New applicants are required to meet company requirements in line with enhanced CRB police check procedures, with the process being carried out through an approved CRB Body.
